With a Ph.D. specializing in the challenges faced by minoritized individuals in Higher Education, she has guided hundreds of academics through workshops, webinars, group programs, and innovative resources. Kimine's expertise lies in helping minoritized higher-education professionals navigate debilitating anxiety, imposter feelings, depression, and burnout, guiding them towards regained clarity, purpose, and focus. Her goal is to facilitate not only survival but also thriving, enabling individuals to cultivate sustainable practices for both personal and professional fulfillment.
